Apartment Data Collection Strategies

Our goal is to make apartment data available and affordable to any real estate agent or apartment locator for any online project, website design, or mobile app. Our easy products and data feeds will save you months of time in development so you can generate revenue ahead of schedule.

15 Years Experience

We started apartment data collection in 2005, but evolved our products in 2015 to give real estate agents and apartment locators access to raw data similar to an MLS for Realtors. Our raw data can be used to populate any apartment website or mobile app.

Flexible Formats

Our data distribution methods are available in practically any format. Our most popular format is XML but our entire system is written on the SalesForce platform so we have no limits.

Apartment Data Collection

We have relationships with national and regional property management software systems that feed into our proprietary database every day. Every property is updated electronically to maintain our accuracy standards.

Unlimited Markets

Our data relationships allow us to acquire data in practically any city. If we don't currently have your city in our database, we should be able to add it.

Multiple Data Distribution

Our proprietary apartment database feeds directly into all of our products. Every client receives a fresh copy of our MLS apartment database. Every product is updated every night around midnight so you never have to worry about outdated pricing.

Growing Apartment Markets

Our company runs quarterly analytics on our apartment data collection to identify growing markets. We look for a combination of multi-family construction, employment rates, home ownership rates, and average one bedroom rental rate.

  • To say that Rental Advisors and Jodi Southwick are the ``wind beneath my wings`` sounds corny, but it is pretty darn accurate. I would say that at least 1/3 of my annual revenue can be traced back to Jodi Southwick. She is the secret ingredient in my my business recipe!

  • Jodi recreated my apartment locating brand into a sophisticated luxury website in Dallas. I constantly get compliments about the richness of my website, and how it represents my brand accurately. I am not a tech savvy person and working with Jodi I don't need to be. When I hired her I had a single landing page, now I have an online lead funnel that generates leads.

Creator & CEO

This may sound strange, but my passion is data analytics. I started my commercial real estate career at CB Richard Ellis in 1997. I was responsible for several massive databases for our portfolio services team. Our team was the #1 producer in the company, so our databases were crucial. The 5 years I spent at CBRE revealed my fascination with real estate, and my natural gift for data science. The databases I created for our team had a direct impact on our ability to sell 125 gas stations, 30 Home Depot locations, and maintain our #1 producer status. It taught me that database driven technology makes money. I have personally built all of our tools from inception to creation. I didn’t go to college but I’ve written every line of code, and in 2010 I replaced our entire system with cloud technology because I knew it was the future. I absolutely love what I do and I get up every day grateful that I get to help my clients build companies and be successful.
