When you purchase any of our products, you receive a fresh copy of the MLS apartment database. After you login, you can view the apartment database and access your CRM and email auto-responders. You can write your email auto-responders, remove properties from your apartment map or data feed, control the listings imported into your WordPress website, and access your leads through the CRM. You can control all of your products from a single login.

CRM

All of your leads are displayed in the CRM with all of the information from the lead capture forms on your website. You can save additional information on each contact and keep notes about the transaction.

Control Your Products

Login and control all of your products in one place. The properties included in your data feed, or displayed on your apartment map can be removed easily. By default we include all of the apartments in your city, but you can choose to remove properties by price, neighborhood, or for any other reason.

Email Automation

Leads that come through your website are saved in our CRM that is included with our tools. Write and change your custom automated emails to be delivered to your leads. Emails are sent from your email address and you can opt to get a copy if desired.

Easy User Interface

Simple dashboard with all of your products listed. Simply click the tool you make your changes in real time. If you remove a property from your apartment map or data feed, it is removed instantly.

Online Leads

If you're using a rental listing syndication service like RentLinx or Zillow, you can use our data feed to electronically populate the pricing and images of your online leads. It's easy to pick the apartments from your dashboard and publish them to your syndication service.

Testing Mode

The data feed has a testing mode that can be used while your website is in development. It contains 10 properties that can be imported instead of thousands of apartments while you are designing your website or mobile app. You can turn the testing mode off through your dashboard when you are ready for a full import.
